Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents, conducting legal research, among other similar projects.
Qualifications :
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the State Bar of California.
- Strong background in construction defect and insurance defense litigation.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
