Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Perform preventative maintenance on the machinery and building, as neededMust know and understand the emergency procedures in the event of equipment failureRepair equipment as needed due to breakdownsResponsible for overseeing maintenance of the facility and all equipmentMust work closely with production to ensure that all product is produced in a timely manner with the highest food safety and quality standardsProficient in electrical and mechanical work and troubleshootingAbility to design and implement ideas and innovations to successful projects to increase equipment efficacy, safety, and reliabilityCommunicate effectively (verbal and written) with all contactsAccept and adapt easily to changeEnsure that all activities are consistent with Company Mission StatementOperate job-related equipment with or without an accommodationMeet physical demands of job with or without an accommodationPerform other duties as assignedRequirements : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function and assigned task satisfactorily.
