Project Manager
The Select Group has a top client seeking a Project Manager to oversee digital eCommerce and / or Contact Center projects.
This is a 12-month contract (with a possible extension) and is hybrid in Austin, TX
Daily Responsibilities
- Proactive communication (things that are changing, any roadblocks, etc.)
- Building out roadmaps
- Writing requirements
- Creating Business Cases andUse Cases
- Planning and Executing workshops
- Planning UATs
Requirements
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant professional experience working within a product, project, or program management role
- Experience working in a hands-on global role, with total ownership for driving initiatives in their portfolio
- Demonstrated experience should include an interface role between business and technical teams
- Ability to influence at all levels of the organization, whether with a peer or via a discussion with senior leadership
- Experience working with Contact Center and / or e-Commerce systems
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Extremely organized with strong time-management skills

- MacOS experience
- Jira experience
Education
Bachelor's degree is required
PMP certification is a plus

Hybrid in Austin, Texas (3 days onsite)
