Responsibilities : - Establish TikTok as a branded e-commerce platform of choice by building solid relationships and exploring partnership opportunities with e-commerce and live agencies across core functions, including creative, social, production, and influencer marketing.

  • Establish themselves as the primary liaison, TikTok advocates, and owners of client relationships for their respective agencies.
  • Support live partners throughout their onboarding and incubation on the platform, from identifying opportunities and inputs to strategic briefs, training, and consultation.
  • Responsible for TSP live GMV performance and growth by educating and training TSPs with TikTok Shop live best practices in strategy, traffic and sales data analysis, and diagnosis.
  • Work with category teams to match merchants with TSPs.

Minimum Qualifications- Experience working in BD within a similar tech company, e-commerce platform, or agency.- Personal networks with agency contacts across livestreaming, creative, social, production, or influencer agencies exist.

  • Have a strategic mindset and high curiosity to understand TikTok Shop's inner workings deeply.- Demonstrate the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Data-driven : an analytical thinker experienced in using data and metrics to drive decisions.- Self-starter, rapid learner, and able to navigate fast-paced work environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
