We are looking for a Senior HR Specialist to provide full-service HR business partner support to PACCAR Leasing management, Company Store locations, and several Corporate client groups.

The ideal candidate has strong employee relations experience, outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities and dynamic customer service orientation.

Job Functions / ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary HR business partner for PACCAR Leasing Company Store locations in the U.

S. and CanadaProvide general HR support to onsite PACCAR Leasing division and several corporate groupsCollaborate with HR leadership on projects and initiatives that are valuable to supporting the strategic priorities of the organization and divisionPartner with recruitment team for staffing related activities particularly in the technician fieldPartner with managers on corrective action, salary administration, attendance management, recognition programs, performance management, promotions, onboarding / exit programsPerform investigations to handle operational / employee relations issuesProvide coaching and counseling to employees and managersManage PACCAR Leasing and Corporate client group’s Leave of Absence Programs including FMLA, STD, PFML and Worker’s Compensation.

Support annual performance appraisal and succession planning processCollaborate with HR teammates on PACCAR-wide training and organizational development initiatives such as first level supervisory training, compliance training, onboarding / exit programs and initiativesSupport positive employee relations and engagement through safety and wellness programs, compensation reviews, and benefits communicationsLead the Mentorship Program by facilitating information sessions, pairing mentees / mentors, and organizing networking eventsSupport the development and implementation of programs aligned with the business strategyOversee safety and compliance DOT program for Company Store covered employeesWork with Risk Management on annual MVR programLead Company Store Perfect Attendance ProgramQualificationsFour year degree in Business, Human Resources or related field is requiredMinimum of 2 - 3 years of Human Resources experienceWorking knowledge of FMLA, ADA, Affirmative Action Plans, Safety and Worker’s CompensationOutstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and customer service orientationAbility to work with employees and managers at all different levels of the organizationDemonstrated analytical and organizational skills, ability to work independently, prioritize and proactively meet deadlinesProfessional with excellent presentation and facilitation skillsAbility to visit PACCAR Leasing locations in the U.
