BCBA Needed in Bay Area, CA (Part-Time)
Soliant Education is seeking a part-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support 3 elementary schools in the Bay Area.
This role involves working closely with school staff to provide behavior interventions for students and ensure progress on Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and Behavior Goals.
Job Details :
- Position : Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Location : Bay Area, CA
- Schedule : Part-time, 3 days per week (8 : 30 AM 4 : 00 PM)
- Dates : ASAP June 5, 2025
- Caseload : Supporting 3 elementary schools
Responsibilities :
- Assist staff in implementing behavior interventions for students with BIPs and behavior goals.
- Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Specialized Classroom Instructional Assistance (SCIA) assessments as needed.
- Draft and modify Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and behavioral goals based on student needs.
- Monitor and report progress on BIPs, behavior goals, and independence plans.
- Manage and support crisis behavior events at school sites.
Qualifications :
- Must hold an active BCBA certification.
- Experience in schools or with elementary-aged students is preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with school teams.
- Ability to handle crisis behavior events and provide necessary interventions.
