Kilpatrick Townsend is seeking a Labor and Employment Attorney with at least 2 years of experience to support the Atlanta, Raleigh, Dallas, or San Francisco offices.
This position is an alternative to traditional partnership-track position and has a lower billable hour requirement (and minimal non-billable requirements).
Among other responsibilities, the attorney will work with others on the Labor and Employment team in handling litigation, responding to administrative claims, handling traditional labor matters, representing clients at administrative hearings and in court, advising on employment law, and analyzing and drafting employment policies.
Must have strong research and writing skills and strong undergraduate and law school credentials. Excellent oral and written communications skills and attention to detail required.
