Job Overview :

We are looking for experienced technicians / mechanics who are energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude. The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what’s right for our guests.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guests
• Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
• Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
• Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively
• Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate guest concerns
• Work together with other Technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results

Qualifications

Qualifications :

Preferred (not required) ASE Certifications with A1-A8, L1 and / or L2 preferred but not required (must obtain ASE Certification(s) within one year or re-certify.

ASE Certifications are reimbursed after successful completion of exam(s).

• Good investment in tools
• Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes / models of vehicles
• Ability to flag 40+ hours per week.
• Positive attitude and a desire to serve guests
• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician / mechanic with diagnostic abilities
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
• Professional appearance and strong communication
• A desire for long-term career development
• Strong communication skills

Physical Requirements :

• Occasionally lift and / or move over 100 pounds
• Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
• Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair
• Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
• Walk / stand for the majority of their workday
• Drive manual transmissions vehicles
• Efficiently navigate a computer
