Recruiter

We are looking for a recruiter to join our team!

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various skilled trades and office staff positions.
• Manage and fulfill job orders, update the candidate tracker system, and send hiring managers screened candidates with notes.
• Assist with interviewing candidates, meet with hiring managers to ensure all hiring needs are met, and participate in and coordinate company meetings.
• Assist in conducting career fairs within the region and collaborate with trade schools to help attract and retain talent.

Skill Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• 2 years of relevant recruiting experience.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Experience with skilled trade or industrial recruiting.
• Experience with sourcing, screening, and selection.
• Utilization of applicant tracking systems.
