At Luminai , we develop technology to automate long-form organization wide workflows of any complexity easily and safely using AI.

Luminai serves some of the world’s most critical organizations in sectors like Healthcare, Finance, and Telecommunication to delegate mission-critical workflows that previously required hands-on human involvement, over to autonomous AI systems.

Our approach combines frontier AI development, with a purpose built workflow execution engine to achieve this goal.

We've raised a Series-A round led by General Catalyst, YCombinator, and investors including Kevin Weil (Chief Product Officer at OpenAI), Arash Ferdowsi (co-founder of Dropbox), Katie Stanton (former VP Global Media, Twitter) and CEOs of companies including Flexport, Notion, Front, Ramp and Twitch.

We are seeking a versatile and proactive Marketing Lead to join our team, specializing in B2B SaaS lead generation. If you have a passion for creating impactful marketing campaigns and thrive in a fast-paced, goal and growth-oriented environment, this might be the role for you.

What you’ll do :

Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies for Luminai, including demand generation campaigns and referral campaigns.

Plan, coordinate, and execute successful events (conferences, prospect dinners, webinars) to generate qualified leads.

Serve as the primary liaison and manage our marketing partners

Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Success teams to develop engaging content, such as case studies, whitepapers, and demo videos, showcasing the product and tailored to target personas and industries.

Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics (e.g., # of leads, lead conversion rates, campaign ROI) to optimize future strategies.

Work closely with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and goals.

Leverage CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms to nurture leads and streamline marketing processes.

Own the core design assets of Luminai and build upon them to establish brand consistency across our website, demos, product, customer pitches, and customer gifting.

Who we’re looking for :

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

5-7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a strong focus on lead generation and events marketing. This is non-negotiable.

Proven track record of creating and executing successful lead generation campaigns.

Experience in planning and managing B2B events, both virtual and in-person.

Experience in healthcare is nice-to-have.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with modern design / presentation tools like Figma and Pitch.
