Influential is seeking a West Coast Executive Sales Assistant to coordinate premier client accounts and work closely with our West Coast sales team.

We are looking for a dynamic people-person who can help us translate client learnings into client materials that closely address their needs.

In general, on a typical day you will :

  • Assist with scheduling meetings and conference calls, and stay on top of necessary follow-ups.
  • Arrange travel plans, schedule itineraries, trip agendas, and prepare monthly expense reports.
  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of client requirements and key success factors.
  • Facilitate the scheduling of meetings and coordinate seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Capture comprehensive notes during client meetings, meticulously documenting essential details.
  • Comprehensive expertise in all major social media platforms.
  • Understand client needs and goals to ensure optimal campaign performance and client satisfaction.
  • Assist on all operational needs, including Salesforce related reporting and client requests.
  • Follow Salesforce best practices and utilize dashboard reporting.
  • Proactively learn agency structure and industry.

Being an Executive Sales Assistant requires :

  • 1-2 years experience working in social, digital, online or advertising environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to interact professionally with external and internal teams.
  • Strong decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Have previously worked in a fast-paced environment at a talent or media agency.
  • Stay up-to-date on latest trends and innovations in the social realm.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Salary : $66,560
