As they continue to grow, they are seeking a highly skilled Tax Associate / Attorney to join their New York office. Job Description : We are currently seeking a Tax Associate / Attorney with at least 3 years of experience to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have strong tax law knowledge and experience, along with excellent communication skills and a dedication to providing top-notch legal services.
In this role, you will be responsible for advising clients on various tax matters, including estate planning and business transactions.
Requirements : - LL.M preferred in Taxation or Estate Planning- New York Bar admission is required- 3+ years of experience as a Tax Associate / Attorney- Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school- Excellent oral and written communication skills As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for : - Providing tax-related advice to clients on complex matters such as estate planning, business transactions, and tax controversy representation.
- Conducting thorough research on relevant laws and regulations to ensure accurate counsel is given.- Drafting documents related to tax issues such as trust agreements, partnership agreements, corporate documents, etc.
- Communicating effectively with clients and colleagues in order to provide exceptional service.
