We're looking for an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our Site Reliability Engineering team. Reporting to the Manager, Site Reliability Engineering, you'll be responsible for :

• Working with Software Engineering and Infrastructure teams to design, implement, and deploy end-to-end monitoring solutions.
• Managing the deployment of patches, upgrades, and administrative tools / utilities.
• Monitoring applications & services, participating in on-call rotations, and addressing issues while developing strategies to prevent future incidents.
• Troubleshooting problems, resolving issues, and communicating solutions.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• 3+ years as a Site Reliability Engineer or in a related role within a SaaS organization.
• Proficiency in a programming language (e.g., Python, Go) and scripting languages (e.g., Bash).
• High-level understanding of networking protocols and components such as HTTP, DNS, TCP / IP, ICMP, the OSI Model, Subnetting, and Load Balancing.
• Willingness and flexibility to work after hours / weekends for application releases and deployments.

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Previous NOC / SRE on-call experience.
• Understanding of SRE basics, including Golden signals.
• Experience with CI / CD and automation framework development.
