The Patient Coordinator is responsible for managing the patient experience within the healthcare practice ensuring efficient scheduling communication and support throughout the patient journey.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Coordinate patient appointments including scheduling confirmations and followups.

Requirements
