Responsibilities
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone.
- Create insurance quotes, provide renewal information and build clientele via cross selling.
- Provide customers with additional information about new products and services.
- Responds to all inquiries, within a specified timeframe.
- Create positive client interactions and win back former clients.
Requirement
- Property & Casualty License Required.
- Proven insurance experience with 5 years of experience needed.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Strong computer and technical skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Agency Management software proficiency.
- Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize.
- Organized and self-motivated.
