Provide comprehensive financial updates to senior management by evaluating, analyzing, and reporting appropriate data points.

Guide financial decisions by applying company policies and procedures to the current economic landscape. Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls and guidelines.

Achieve budgeting goals with proper scheduling, analysis, and corrective action. Help develop and support short and long-term operational strategies.

Maintains and enforces a documented system of accounting policies and procedures. Manage outsourced functions. Oversee the operations of the accounting department, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department's goals and objectives.

Ensure that accounts payable are paid in a timely manner. Ensure that accounts receivable are collected promptly. Ensure that periodic bank reconciliations are completed.

Ensure that required debt payments are made on a timely basis. Maintain an orderly accounting filing system. Maintain a system of controls over accounting transactions.

Issue timely and complete financial statements . Calculate and issue financial and operating metrics. Manage the production of the annual budget and forecasts.

Calculate variances from the budget and report significant issues to management. Performs other duties as assigned. Required education and experience : Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field required.

5+ years’ experience as a senior-level accounting or finance manager. Basic understanding of bookkeeping practices and procedures.

Preferred education and experience : CPA highly preferred. Prior experience working in healthcare finance / accounting Professional accounting certification, including CMA, CGA, or CA.

Salary : $ 100,000 - $150,000 The posted pay range is a reasonable estimate that the organization believes in good faith it may pay for this particular job based on the circumstances at the time of posting.
