Civil Engineer Project Manager

Our client is a local civil engineering and land surveying firm looking to add a Project Manager to their team! They work projects of all sizes, and properly manage them.

Qualifications :

• Professional Engineer License required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 5-10+ years of experience in land development / site design and permitting
• Experience with residential subdivisions, commercial, manufacturing / industrial and / or office developments
• Understand and implement jurisdictional requirements and PA municipal planning process
• Knowledge of stormwater management design regulations
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Revit
• Self-starter who can work independently and with team members (help department manager with running projects)
• Excellent written, communication and organization skills
• Business Development / Marketing experience is always a plus!

Job Description / Duties :

• Lead due diligence site investigations, zoning ordinance reviews & utility research
• Final grading design with Civil 3D and earthwork analysis
• Assist junior engineers with designs
• Preparation of E&S design, permitting, calculations, and BMPs
• Review & coordination of utility systems and stormwater management design
• Verification of site work construction cost estimates
• Coordination & written correspondence with clients, counsel, jurisdictions, utilities and contractors
• Attendance to and making public plan presentations and client management
