General Responsibilities :
- Supervise Daily Operations : Oversee picking, packing, shipping, and inventory processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Team Leadership : Lead and manage a team of fulfillment associates, including training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and motivating staff to achieve performance goals.
- Process Improvement : Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve accuracy.
- Inventory Management : Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure accurate stock counts for seamless fulfillment operations.
- Quality Control : Ensure that all processes meet quality standards and are shipped accurately and on time.
- Safety Compliance : Enforce safety regulations and ensure that all employees adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Reporting & Metrics : Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on operational performance.
- Problem Solving : Address any operational issues, such as equipment malfunctions or workflow bottlenecks, and develop solutions to resolve them.
- Collaboration : Work with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve any cross-functional issues.
Qualifications :
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and fulfillment processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement process improvements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with diverse teams.
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus).
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or fulfillment center environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Capability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
- Willingness to work in various environmental conditions.
