As a Technical Lead, you would provide technical leadership on drinking water and wastewater projects, guiding the planning, design, permitting, construction, and start-up phases.
Your expertise would drive project success, and your ability to project manage is a valuable plus. You’ll also supervise junior staff and contribute to business development efforts, including proposal preparation and presentations.
Supported by local leadership and multiple mentors, you would play a key role in client development and staff mentoring.

Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years’ experience in the water / wastewater field (including project management).
- Knowledge of the AZ water / wastewater engineering services market.
- Experience in successfully delivering projects by leveraging collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Experience in planning, design, and construction for drinking water facilities.
- Proficient in all MS Office based computer software.
- Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills, and capable of interacting effectively with staff, clients, and regulatory agencies.
- Self-starter with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- A current PE license is required (AZ preferred or ability to obtain reciprocity within six months of employment).
- BS in engineering related field.
