Dining Room Server- Haven

Position Summary :

The server position offers a flexible and unique opportunity to hone your food, wine and spirits knowledge in a high volume environment unlike any other.

This is a great position to further your experience in the hospitality industry and work for a successful company that rewards hard work and dedication

Essential Duties :

Running food, placing food in front of guests.

Clearing tables, stocking and contributing to the overall success of the team through service support.

Resetting tables (placing runners, napkins and silverware on tables)

Passion and willingness to serve and provide every guest with a memorable and long-lasting experience.

Adhere to the policies of Bern's Steak House and uphold them as a role model to your teammates.

Ability to work independently while still contributing to the overall goals of the team.

Maintain a favorable working relationship with other team members to foster a harmonious and cooperative

work environment.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of station throughout the entire shift.

Maintain safety standards at all times.

Qualifications and Skills

Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a high-volume fast-paced environment.

Must have excellent time management and organizational skills.

Must maintain a professional demeanor and well-groomed appearance at all times.

Must be available late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Must be able to work with your hands, stand, bend and lift for extended periods of time

Ability to perform the following : carrying or lifting items weighing up to 50v pounds, moving about the

restaurant, handling food, plates, trays, glasses etc, bending, stooping and kneeling

Able to work within a team environment to coordinate a one of a kind dining experience with upbeat,

outgoing and positive energy.

Accountability, professionalism and a high level of conscientiousness regarding the guest experience.

Florida SafeStaff Certification (classes provided within the company if you are not certified)

TIPS Certification (classes provided within the company if you are not certified)
