Executive Sous Chef Requirements :
- 3+ years min. experience in a similar role.
- High Volume Catering / Venue experience preferred.
- Ability to design and maintain systems, recipes, menus to ensure quality, seasonality, efficiency and profitability.
- Ability to coordinate products, offerings and usage with our forage and farm partners.
- Work with the catering director and sales team to ensure timely, accurate, efficient and profitable events.
- Loves to cook and create.
