Specialized Communications Services ( SCS ) Division of Crestone Services Group is seeking a candidate for a part-time to full-time Office Assistant responsible for assisting the Office Manager in daily office tasks such as data entry, tracking, creating & sorting spreadsheets, filing, tracking work orders and projects, accounts payable, HR duties, Insurance Audits, DOT compliance, and Fleet compliance tracking, various other tasks as needed.

- Insurance Audits
- DOT & fleet compliance tracking
Education and Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation
- Computer Literacy
- Some knowledge of QuickBooks and accounting is preferred.
- Knowledge of Computer Ease Software a plus
- Ability to complete assigned tasks promptly.
- Effective and professional communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office, specifically Word and Excel
- Time management and organizational skills
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Position Details :
- Part-time with a future full-time option
- Salary Range : Based on experience, $16 $18 per hour DOE
