Primary Job Duties and Tasks
- Responsible for enterprise-wide data design, balancing optimization of data access with batch loading and
- resource utilization factors.
- Knowledgeable in most aspects of designing and constructing data architectures, operational data stores, and
- data mart.
- Focus on enterprise-wide data modeling and database design.
- Define data architecture standards, policies and procedures for the organization, structure, attributes and
- nomenclature of data elements, and applies accepted data content standards to technology projects.
- Responsible for business analysis, data acquisition and access analysis and design.
- Database Management Systems optimization, recovery strategy and load strategy design and implementation.
- Design, implement, and maintain a robust SOA to ensure seamless data synchronization across distributed
- systems within a government environment.
- Develop comprehensive SOA solutions with a specific focus on integrating Azure Message Queues, ensuring
- reliable and secure data flow across multiple platforms.
- Leverage Azure technologies, including Azure Service Bus, Azure Event Grid, and Azure Logic Applications
- to design scalable, high-performance message queuing systems that support the data warehouse infrastructure.
- Actively participate in coding, utilizing languages such as C Sharp (C#), Python, or Java to build and deploy
- custom solutions that meet project requirements and comply with government standards.
- Optimize Azure Message Queues and related services to handle high-throughput, low-latency messaging
- workloads, ensuring system reliability and efficiency.
- Ensure that all developed solutions adhere to stringent government security protocols and compliance
- requirements, incorporating best practices for data protection and secure communication.
- Create and manage workflows for data synchronization, ensuring consistent data availability across all systems
