We are in search of a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to become an integral part of our team based in Miami, Florida. The role primarily revolves around processing customer credit applications, maintaining customer credit records, and resolving customer credit inquiries.
This role is a contract opportunity that will involve verifying field technician's information and proof of authorization, which grants them access to the security system.
Responsibilities :
- Process customer credit applications accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit records
- Resolve customer credit inquiries promptly and professionally
- Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments
- Enter all necessary details to verify field technician's information and proof of authorization
- Ensure all data entry tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Utilize 10 Key Skills to perform calculations and organize files
- Correspond with customers via email and manage Microsoft Word and Excel tasks
- Scan and type documents as required for the role
