Our growing outdoor design / build company is looking for a skilled and capable carpentry supervisor to join our team. You’ll follow the project manager’s direction to help construct and maintain a variety of long-lasting deck and outdoor space projects.
This includes building decks, docks, pergolas, outdoor kitchens and more. You should love working with your hands, doing something different every day, and take pride in a job well done.

Compensation :
$60,000 - $80,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Use building plans to lead team through outdoor space construction projects
- Manage material lists and communicate with production manager and field staff
- Operate company equipment to assist in project-to-project movement
- Manage team on education, timelines, and goals
- Align with company D.E.C.K. core values
Qualifications :
- Precise measuring and math skills are required
- Proficient in carpentry tools, techniques, and materials
- Excellent physical condition and dexterity
- Must have valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or GED preferred
