Position Overview : We are looking for a motivated, organized, and experienced Production Manager who can work in a team-oriented environment.
Production Manager Responsibilities :
- Manage end to end production follow-up, working with makers on all T&A from start of the order, coordinating with design team for tech pack & spec accuracy.
- Working with QC for all inspections, ensuring on time delivery, daily overseas communication.
- Must be willing to travel overseas.
- Must be able to multitask, handle deadlines and possess excellent communication skills.
Production Manager Qualifications :
- The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years in the needle trade industry.
- Walmart Experience is required as well as other US retailers.
- Extensive knowledge in men’s, ladies, childrenswear garments is needed.
- Excellent knowledge of Production (from fabric, trim to CM), private label, strong knowledge and experience in the production process, fit / specs, and garment testing / regulations (inclusive of children's safety protocol) and US retailers’ compliance for garments and factory is required.
