Our team is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Remote Travel Agent to join our team. This role involves assisting clients with travel planning, booking accommodation, transportation, and other travel-related services.
The ideal candidate is passionate about travel, enjoys helping others, and has a strong attention to detail. This is a fully remote position, providing the flexibility to work from home while building a career in the travel industry.
Responsibilities :
- Assist clients with travel planning, including booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and travel packages.
- Provide accurate travel information, advice, and recommendations based on clients' preferences and budget.
- Manage travel reservations, cancellations, and itinerary changes.
- Stay informed about travel industry trends, destinations, and promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain detailed client records and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Skills and Requirements :
- Must be legally eligible to work in the USA.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Passion for travel and willingness to learn about travel destinations and products.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with travel booking software or the ability to learn.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
