Job Summary
We're looking for a compassionate, responsible person to work with our elderly and disabled clients. Most importantly, we're seeking a care coordinator who wants to make a difference in someone's life - we have an amazing roster of clients and deep relationships with each one.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage Client SatisfactionVisit to new clients within two weeks of service start, introduce new caregiversPerform caregiver spot checks to monitor caregiver performanceProvide specific instruction to caregivers in need of assistanceEnsure Caregivers are following all policies during spot check (uniform, documentation logs, etc.)
- Visit with every client every 3 weeks
- Provide in-person, hands on training on training days
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma required
- CNA certification preferred or 3+ years of caregiver experience
- May be required to work as a caregiver and fill in on occasion
- Outgoing and personable
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to reassess clients care needs over time and recommend more hours as needed
- Must be comfortable asking for referrals from clients
