Broker III- Casualty Are you seeking a role where there is phenomenal team retention and get to handle sophisticated casualty accounts?

This will be a hybrid position that must be in the New York office at least three days per week.

What the day will look like

  • Perform the services of an Insurance Broker for Worker'spensation,mercial Auto, and General Liability policies.
  • Advise and execute on the placement of new and renewal P&C programs including crafting submissions.
  • Executing placements within required timeframes and servicing those placements including their renewals.
  • Analyze and review insurance programs for clients to determine optimum program including structure, pricing, terms and conditions for both new and renewal business.
  • Help with the development of new and innovative solutions for the National Casualty Practice
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the carriers and underwriters.
  • Mentor and help develop associate brokers on the team.
  • Work as a team member and collaborate with other colleagues within the Aon team.
  • Knowledge of Benchmarking and Loss Analysis.
  • Potential to be involved in senior leadership of casualty team members

Required Experience :

  • 15+ years of relevant insurance P&C business experience
  • Hand on experience with managing teams
  • Proven knowledge of Casualty (Workerspensation,mercial Auto, General Liability, Umbrella / Excess).
  • Strong understanding of national casualty risks and carrier appetites.
  • Broad relationships with the carriers that write national casualty P&C business.
  • Strong collaboration andmunication skills.
  • Outstanding Microsoft Suite and presentation skills.

Education :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
  • Property and Casualty Brokers License is required

Pay Transparency Laws :

The salary range for this position (intended for applicants) is $175,000 - $250,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of New York, NY.

The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.
