Job Description 1 : Implementation Lead (Retirement Services Platform)
Client call updates : This is somewhat non-technical, more of a cross functional coordination type of role. Will be mostly accountable for workstream deliverables aligned to implementation functions.
Recognized and delivers upon cross workstream dependencies. (Ex. Business analysis, Testing, etc.). "Retirement Services" specifically not mandatory, they can have some experience in either retirement services or annuities, or group benefits.
Need Financial domain experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of retirement services platforms at the client site (OMNI / FIS experience preferred).
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to define platform requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory standards.
- Manage the configuration, customization, and deployment of the platform, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Act as the primary liaison between the client and technical teams to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
- Oversee testing, validation, and training to ensure successful platform adoption and user proficiency.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular updates to client and internal leadership on project status, risks, and key milestones.
Qualifications :
- Extensive experience leading platform implementations in retirement services, annuities, or group benefits.
- Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale, complex projects with multiple teams.
- In-depth knowledge of retirement services and industry-specific platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.
