Onboarding of customers on to digital platform, enabling digital payments through tokenization. Additional is Support and trouble shooting of setup and determine root cause and solutions to correct.
- Digital Team. There are many API’s being owned by this team.
- Application Support team will be troubleshooting customer’s API’s
- Environment is MS Windows
- Supporting customers during implementation (ensuring API requirements are in place)
- Basic Linux troubleshooting knowledge
- There will be training on Oracle DML Scripts and Linux (there is an digital onboarding team focusing more on these)
