Production Supervisor- 2nd Shift

We are looking for a Production Supervisor in our Broken Arrow, OK location

Key Responsibilities :

Improve safety for all personnel in and around production lines.

Drive initiatives to reduce production errors, enhance quality, and increase productivity.

Adhere to production schedules, assign personnel to work areas, supervise progress, and resolve line constraint problems.

Report results through shift production summaries.

Conduct training programs based on production needs.

Perform annual employee performance evaluations.

Maintain a working relationship with the local union, adhering to the collective bargaining agreement.

Act as a liaison between Manufacturing and Engineering teams.

Support performance measurement and documentation of manufacturing processes.

Drive continuous improvement projects.

Support digitalization efforts by implementing tools like Digital Work Instructions, Operator Displays, and Performance / Status Dashboards.

You will win us over by having the following qualifications :

Basic Qualifications :

2+ years of successful experience in an Assembly / Manufacturing or related field in a supervisory role.

Mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools.

Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred) or equivalent experience.

Project Management Experience.

Proficiency in data collection and analysis.

Ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics.

Strong leadership and time management skills.

Full understanding and application of management approaches for work direction, motivation, talent development, and performance management.

Preferred Knowledge / Skills, Education, and Experience :

Experience with computer programming and / or database management.

Experience with SAP or similar MRP system.

The pay range for this position is $72K-$97K. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
