About the Role :

As a Blending Operator, you will be responsible for the operation of twin shell mixers, verifying materials for each batch, and ensuring compliance with cGMPs.

Your role will involve the sequential loading of raw materials, operating mixing equipment, and coordinating with Quality Control.

Essential Job Functions :

Screen pre-weighed raw materials into the blender using vibratory screens.

Unload blenders, weigh final blends, and top load mix in the mezzanine for overhead feeding the tablet presses.

Clean and sanitize blenders, auxiliary equipment, and the blender room.

Maintain logbooks updated with pertinent MBR information.

Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

About You :

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a keen eye for detail. You are committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety, and you are capable of following complex instructions to the letter.

Work Experience Requirements :

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Proficiency in writing routine reports and correspondence.

Strong math skills, including the ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages.

Experience with material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

Physical capability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Education Requirements :

High School Diploma / Certificate; or six months to one year of related experience and / or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
