Compensation :
$60,000 - $150,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Maintain an up-to-date list of key clients to nurture and advance relationships continuously.
- Generate new business and exceed revenue targets through various sales activities like outside sales calls, site visits, and networking.
- Evaluate the performance of specific properties in the area and create sales strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- Research local market trends and competitor actions to identify potential leads.
- Develop strategies to motivate the sales team to consistently achieve and surpass sales targets and profit margins on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Qualifications :
- Superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
- Previous work experience in a hospitality role is desired but not required.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities are crucial.
- 3+ years of experience in sales management or a leadership role within the sales department.
- Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree or higher to meet the qualifications.
- Prior management experience is highly desired.
- Demonstrating exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills is a key requirement.
