Our client in New Berlin, WI is seeking a highly organized and hands-on Operations Support Manager to join their growing team.

In this position, you will oversee preventive maintenance and sanitation activities, ensuring equipment reliability and compliance with regulations.
This role involves leading a team, maintaining cleanliness, and prioritizing safety.
Operations Support Manager Responsibilities :
Maintenance Management : Maintain and repair production equipment.Oversee preventive maintenance programs.Perform skilled maintenance activities including repairs and installations.
Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures.
Sanitation Management : Develop and implement sanitation protocols.Supervise daily sanitation activities.Conduct inspections and corrective actions.
Train and guide the sanitation team.
- Quality Control : Oversee quality control measures for sanitation processes.Address sanitation-related issues impacting product quality.
- Leadership : Motivate and guide the team effectively.Collaborate with other departments for continuous improvement.
- Other Duties : Perform other duties as assigned.
Salary : $90-100k per year
Shift : 3rd Shift
Operations Support Manager Requirements :
- Minimum of two years in the food industry and / or sanitation.
- Proven leadership skills.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a food company.
- Forklift Certification / license (required or to be obtained).
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
