We are seeking a motivated and customer focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant
Full Time $18 / hr
The Customer Service Assistant is a person that helps to keep the daily operations of customer service moving along smoothly.
The person in this role will be one of the primary means of contact between the company, its customers, and the venders.
This requires a friendly demeanor and positive attitude. This is an integral part of the referral process and a key component of repeat business.
The customer service department continuing to expand, so the ideal candidate will need to possess a growth mindset and determination.
Qualifications
- Excellent phone and email etiquette
- Proficient with Google Drive and associated applications
- Organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Strong attentions to detail and troubleshooting skills
- Strong customer service background
