- Administer new hire onboarding data entry and manage benefits program including annual enrollment
- Handle payroll
- Maintain employee records in HRIS
- Support benefit enrollment and life event changes processing
- Maintain HR documents and organization charts
- Conduct training sessions (orientation, benefits, risk management) and track employee performance appraisals
- Assist in staff newsletter creation, coordinate employee recognition programs, and provide administrative support under CHRO's direction
