Overview :

As the Client Marketing Specialist, you are fundamental in the coordination of Sales and Business Development activities for the Executive Benefits team.

You will be focused on leading all aspects of the team's presence at a variety of conferences and events varying in attendee sizes.

How you'll make an impact :

Your main objective will be to support marketing efforts across all marketing mediums to help generate leads for Consultants to grow our client base.

You’ll play a central role in the coordination of our team’s presence at national industry events including : logistics planning, budget and expense tracking, pre- and post-event communication with Consultants, and more.

This position requires a highly-organized individual with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

This role will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts are delivered to meet deadlines and frequently evaluate activity against plans to identify areas to improve and sharpen proficiency.

You will draft creative briefs for our design team to guide various marketing needs.

About you : Required :

Required :

Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience required.

Highly Preferred :

Preferred experience in a B2B environment or financial services / insurance.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels.

Exceptional project management skills and acute attention to detail.

Builds rapport easily with colleagues and gains trust.

Creative problem-solving skills and ability to perform time-sensitive tasks efficiently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Communication / Writing experience is a plus.

Adobe Suite knowledge is a plus.
