Job Title : Home Equity Loan Processor
Hours : 8-5 M-F (OT possible)
Contract Length : 6 months - with possibility of extension or conversion
Target Start : ASAP

- Assisting with all mortgage loan needs for members.
- Scheduling closings
- Member contact via phone
- Requesting closing documents
- Working with the title companies
- Partnering with other mortgage associates
What are 3-4 things the candidates must have?
- Mortgage or Equity Processing experience
- Industry standard income calculations
- Experience / Understanding of mortgage / home equity process
- Experienced pipeline management skills
What are 2-3 things it would be nice for the candidate to have?
- Experience with Encompass
- Strong Communication Skills
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Good understanding of credit analysis
- Appraisal review experience
- Title Review Experience
