A rapidly growing Flooring company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced PM / Estimator to join their culture-driven team in the commercial industry.
As a PM / Estimator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating projects, estimating costs, and ensuring successful project completion.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards.
- Conduct accurate estimations of project costs, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor expenses.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to develop project plans, specifications, and schedules.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement appropriate corrective actions.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Flooring industry
- Strong knowledge of Flooring systems, materials, fabrication, and installation processes.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address project challenges and find effective solutions.
