job_description.job_card.job_descriptionLead technical discovery sessions with prospects to deeply understand their documentation workflows and pain points Design and deliver demos and proof-of-concepts that highlight Mintlify’s value and differentiation Partner with sales to shape deal strategy, address technical objections, and accelerate the sales cycle Serve as the technical voice during evaluations, ensuring stakeholders (both technical and non-technical) are aligned Gather and communicate prospect feedback to inform product roadmap and go-to-market priorities Track and optimize pre-sales processes to shorten evaluation cycles and increase conversion rates Experience in pre-sales or customer-facing technical roles with a record of winning enterprise deals Strong proficiency in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to prototype and tailor demos Comfortable with prompt engineering to script, analyze, and showcase customer-specific use cases Ability to translate technical depth into business impact for diverse stakeholders Excellent presentation, communication, and project management skills — able to run multiple complex evaluations simultaneously Strong eye for design and storytelling to make technical demos compelling and memorable Bonus : Experience with RFPs, enterprise procurement cycles, or complex sales motions Competitive compensation and equity | Free Waymos 20 days paid time off every year Health, dental, vision 401k or RRSP Free lunch and dinners $420 / mo. wellness stipend | Annual team offsite Compensation Range : $185K - $215K Mid-Senior level Full-time Engineering and Information Technology Software Development

$185,000.00 / yr - $215,000.00 / yr

About The Role
This is a strategic, pre-sales role designed to accelerate our enterprise growth by guiding prospects through technical discovery, evaluation, and proof-of-concepts. You’ll work hand-in-hand with sales to demonstrate Mintlify’s value, remove technical blockers, and help close our largest customers.
This role works cross-functionally with sales, product, and our CEO to ensure prospects see a clear technical and business case for adopting Mintlify.
