Project Controller
In this role, you will work alongside the Operations Project Manager and the project team in getting things done through your knowledge of and skills in dealing with company processes & procedures, GAAP, payroll & equipment tracking, financial analysis & reporting and contractual milestones.
You will manage all project data and financial reporting with inputs from the project team. Put simply, the main priority of a Project Controller is to monitor the big picture by reporting accurate and timely data as well as diving into the details to analyze data and communicate pertinent metrics or trends to help leaders make sound business decisions to drive efficiencies and profitability.
A Project Controller may be assigned to a program or a portfolio of projects depending on the size and scope.

- Experience managing, controlling, and distributing all project documentation
- Including : project budget & schedule, contract & customer PO, reports, change orders, financial analysis & trends, risk logs, forms, and client communication.
- Manage all aspects of a project from a project controls perspective :
- Weekly analysis & reporting of physical, contractual & financial progress
- Facilitate the month end financial close with Controls Leaders and the Business Unit Controller
- Enable prompt customer invoicing in coordination with project team members and the Billing Team
- Ad-Hoc data analysis, financial modeling, forecast projections, critical path analysis, and margin analysis

What is Required?
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Construction Management, Analytics or Other
- 3-5 years of applicable experience is required
- Experience in the telecom industry is preferred
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and QuickBase
- Job is performed in a typical office environment, but is subject to time pressures and constraints, and is often dependent on input from others.
