This role will be responsible for delivering net new wins in the SMB segment.
Position Description :
As part of the Technical Response Team and as a Workstation Configuration Specialist, you will be responsible for working with SMB teams to uncover opportunities, configure complex systems, convey the value of the solutions, and sell against the competition.
Workstation configuration specialists will configure, price, and quote solutions and provide technical expertise.
The Ideal Candidate will be aggressive, goal-oriented, articulate, and possess sound customer communication skills. They should be proficient in selling the value of Workstations and associated solutions.
A strong personality with the desire to reach high-performance goals is a must.
Position Requirements :
- 3-5 years’ experience technical sales and consultative support in the PC Industry.
- Hardware deployment / management best-practices knowledge required.
Preferred Requirements :
- Extensive knowledge of the workstation space and relevant trends.
- Previous experience as a sales engineer or rep desired.
- Excellent relationship / team building skills.
- Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present to IT staff
HYBRID - This position will include work from our Morrisville campus as well as work from home each week.
