OVERVIEW
Merrick is seeking an Architectural Designer to support our growing Architecture Team! This person will ideally be based in our Greenwood Village, CO Headquaqrters, but our San Antonio, TX;
Atlanta, GA; and Albuquerque, NM offices will be considered.
Typical annual pay range for this position is $58,000.00 - $68,000.00. Pay offered may vary depending on job related knowledge, skills, and experience.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Architectural Designer will collaborate with other drafters / designers while also working independently, producing quality, efficient designs for our clients.
The ideal candidate will possess strong Revit skills and post graduate experience in facility design.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years years professional, post graduate experience as an architectural designer.
- Proficient working in Revit, AutoCAD, other 3D modeling programs, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to prepare construction documents under the direction of an architect.
- Occasional travel to client sites.
- Client projects for this position require sole U.S. Citizenship.
- Local candidates strongly preferred.
