  • Responsibilities

  • Implement strategies to attract and grow our customer base and increase revenue, using in-house sales and marketing support.
  • Identify emerging markets and new business opportunities.
  • Create and track KPIs and use feedback to improve performance.
  • Foster relationships with prospective clients to develop a strong business pipeline for long term impact.
  • Leverage customised tools, systems and business resources and enhance them with your own ideas to boost their impact.
  • Develop your own skills and advance your leadership capability and presence.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to help others achieve a new level of personal and leadership success.
  • Strong drive for personal development and leading by example.
  • Assist sales employees in generating leads and closing new agreements on the ground.
  • Requirements

  • 10+ years of general work experience (not for students or recent graduates).
  • Readiness to learn and determination to succeed in independent, remote work.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage others.
  • Passion for sales, business development and exceeding targets.
  • Minimum 15 hours a week part time or increase to full-time.
