Title : Electronic Technician
Location : Milwaukee, WI
Hire Type : Direct Hire
Pay : $54k-$65k (based on experience)
Sterling engineering is looking for an electronic technician for a company leading manufacturer in commercial heaters and boilers in Milwaukee, WI.

Job Duties :
- Collaborate with senior engineers to define requirements and develop custom test setups.
- Build these setups using various tools and technologies, including industry-standard hardware and software for data acquisition and control.
- Conduct experiments independently or under guidance, supporting water heating and treatment research projects.
- Analyze the collected data to identify trends and collaborate with the research team to interpret the results.
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during test equipment development and experimentation.
- Work effectively within a cross-functional team environment.
Qualifications :
- The ability to build and maintain complex control and data acquisition systems using industry-standard software.
- Experience with common lab equipment like oscilloscopes, function generators, multimeters, and soldering stations.
- A proven track record of creating custom test hardware using popular platforms.
- The ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
