A company is looking for a Project Contracts Specialist who will manage all contractual aspects of project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with project scope, budget, and schedule

Maintain contract records, monitor performance, and manage change orders and disputes

Identify contractual risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and policies

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Engineering, or a related field

4+ years of experience in contract management in project-based environments

Experience with procurement processes and contract law

Proficiency in contract management software

Experience with FIDIC, NEC, or other standard contract forms and international project experience
