CCA Global Partners is looking to add a passionate, analytical, and collaborative individual to be a Digital Project Manager in our St.

Louis office. You will be the business project manager responsible for overseeing the lifecycles of current and new digital sites and applications, from project strategy and definition to site launch and adoption.

You will navigate an array of resource relationships, project timelines, last minute changes, and launches. By collaborating with our technical and strategy teams, you will deliver high quality digital and Ecommerce solutions to our valued franchise owners and their customers.

Our ideal candidate has experience managing digital commerce projects, working with an agile project management methodology and is energized about helping our members succeed.

Our Digital Project Manager will :

• Create, maintain, and manage detailed Business Initiatives project plans and programs; be the subject matter expert regarding resource planning and project management, and manage projects and programs to meet cost and deployment timeline targets.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risk, and expeditiously resolve project and potential scope issues and proactively address internally as well as with outside development resources;

Ensure execution of all non-development tasks within the project plan including training, marketing, and communication components.

• Work with the Digital Project Specialist and / or other outside support groups to provide digital site / application support, testing of new features, analysis for reported issues and bugs, and analytical reporting.
• Manage and execute the planning phase for new projects including strategy development, goal and ROI metric definitions, user experience criteria, discovery sessions, and 3rd party contract negotiations.

Do our requirements match YOUR background?

• Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, business, computer science or management information systems
• 5+ years of agile project management experience in customer facing digital and Ecommerce projects. Experience with B2B and B2C projects preferred.
• Strong command of the digital realm required (CMS, SEO, SEM, Analytics, IA, Social, Mobile, CRM, Ecommerce, etc.).
• Experience using an agile project management methodology preferred.
• Previous experience leading digital commerce projects where high-quality results are required.
• Excellent project management fundamentals, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to drive decisions and keep projects moving forward in the face of obstacles; the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities;

proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver results by specified deadlines.

Excellent organizational, communication (verbal / presentation / written), and interpersonal skills.
