Job Title : Marketing Specialist
Job Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and the company website.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective strategies.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or a related role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with SEO and SEM.
- Strong focus on sales growth.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and email marketing platforms.
