We are looking for a motivated and experienced Lead Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our team.

Job Description :

The Lead Carpet Cleaning Technician will be responsible for managing and performing carpet cleaning tasks for residential and commercial clients.

This role requires a strong understanding of carpet cleaning techniques, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead and train a team of technicians.

Responsibilities :

• Perform carpet cleaning services using various methods, including hot water extraction, steam cleaning, and dry cleaning.
• Inspect carpets and identify stains, wear, and damage to determine the best cleaning method.
• Pre-treat spots and stains before cleaning.
• Operate and maintain carpet cleaning equipment and tools.
• Ensure all cleaning services are completed to the highest standard and within the specified time frames.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Lead and train a team of carpet cleaning technicians.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including client information and cleaning details.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with scheduling and planning carpet cleaning appointments.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a carpet cleaning technician.
• Strong knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques and equipment.
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving heavy equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Certification from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) or equivalent.
• Experience in water damage restoration.
• Knowledge of spot treatment and in-shop rug cleaning for natural and synthetic fiber rugs.
